1. About Us

Wychwood Games is a trading name of Dorsle Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14567890). Our registered office address is available on request. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Dorsle Ltd.

2. Our Services

We provide immersive game experiences including murder mysteries, puzzle hunts, scavenger hunts, and augmented reality games for corporate teams, private groups, and individual players. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed the details in writing (including by email) and any required deposit has been received. We will provide a full breakdown of costs before you commit. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14–30 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Participation & Safety

Participants take part in our experiences at their own risk. Our games may involve walking, outdoor activity, and interaction with physical materials. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should inform us of any accessibility requirements or medical conditions in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, narratives, puzzles, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Dorsle Ltd. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share game solutions, story details, or proprietary materials without our written consent.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorsle Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update.
